Coronavirus Update January 2021

Main Sawmill Continues to Operate to Service Customer Requirements

11 January 2021

We hope that you, your colleagues and families are safe and well. Further to the latest Scottish and British Government Covid restrictions, we can confirm that Government Ministers and our Trade Confederation have advised that manufacturing, including the timber industry, has been confirmed as being an essential industry and as such remain in operation , whilst continuing to strictly follow the guidelines and regulations in place. Following the festive break, we have recommenced operations of the main sawmill this week. We maintain procedures to protect the Health, Safety and Wellbeing of our employees and their families and include social distancing rules and daily temperature monitoring, amongst other measures. The Health, Safety and Wellbeing of all our people remains the most important aspect of the company before, during and after the Covid-19 pandemic. Similarly, should you have any suggestions as to how we might make deliveries safer, please let us know. We thank you for your ongoing business and cooperation at this time. Best wishes, Rod Gordon & Scott Gordon Joint Managing Directors
