The harvesting of high quality timber from inaccessible areas in the West Highlands and shipping around the North of Scotland to the port of Inverness has been a challenging and successful venture.
Through strong relationships with the Forest Enterprise, skilled contractors and local logistics companies over 250,000 lorry miles were removed from Highland roads in the first 18 months of operation.
